To access certain features of Sommer, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@getsommer.com.

2. User-Generated Content

You may create and upload content to Sommer. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as part of our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Sommer offers in-app purchases, including one-time payments for goods, items, or services, as well as subscription plans priced at $24. You may also access a free trial of our services.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All sales are final, and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and visual designs associated with Sommer are the exclusive property of Saaya, Inc. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome your feedback and suggestions. By submitting any feedback, you grant us the right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without any compensation or credit to you.

6. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, Sommer may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. Participation in these events is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the event.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Sommer at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acme, Inc., and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Sommer, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Sommer after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
